WHAT IS TICKET REFUND PROTECTION
All ticket sales are final, and we sincerely hope that you and your guests will always be able to join us for an unforgettable Arts Club experience! However, we understand that unexpected circumstances can occasionally arise, making it impossible to attend. That’s why we have partnered with Secure My Booking to offer optional Ticket Refund Protection, which allows you to apply for a refund of 100% of your ticket price and fees for several covered reasons.
WHAT CAN I GET A REFUND FOR?
If you choose to add Secure My Booking, you can apply for a refund if you’re unable to attend your performance due to:
- Accident or illness affecting the ticket holder
- Death of the ticket holder or an immediate family member
- Travel delays or disruption
- Adverse weather preventing attendance
- Burglary, fire or flood at your home
- And more

WHAT WILL I NOT GET A REFUND FOR?
There are some exclusions to be aware of:
- Event cancellation by the venue (refunds will be offered directly by the Arts Club)
- Changing your mind or deciding not to attend
- The protection fee itself
- Not attending without a valid reason
- Circumstances due to a lack of reasonable care

HOW DO I APPLY FOR A REFUND?
Applying for a refund is simple and done online through Secure My Booking at www.ticket-refunds.com
If you’re unable to attend your event, submit your request within 60 days of the event date. You’ll be asked to provide supporting documents depending on your reason.
DOES TICKET PROTECTION COVER CANCELLED PERFORMANCES?
In the event of a performance being postponed or cancelled, you do not need to apply for your Ticket Refund Protection. The Arts Club will contact you within 72 hours of a cancellation to rebook your performance or refund your tickets.
I BOUGHT TICKET REFUND PROTECTION—DOES THIS MEAN I CAN HAVE A REFUND?
If you purchased Ticket Refund Protection, you may be able to apply for a refund in the circumstances outlined in the Ticket Refund Protection Terms & Conditions.

DO I NEED TICKET REFUND PROTECTION IF I HAVE A SUBSCRIPTION?
Subscriptions offer flexibility, such as exchanges. Ticket protection is designed to cover you when a refund is needed due to unforeseen circumstances. Many guests choose to use both.
