Join us for an evening where centuries of tradition collide with contemporary craft.
We are proud to announce a collaborative tasting event with The Dalmore Distillery, legendary makers of some of the world’s most revered Highland Single Malt Whiskies, and Hype Chocolate, a local confectioner that is redefining what chocolate can be. Together, they create a sensory experience that is both regal and rebellious. In this guided tasting, jointly led by Jared Pozzobon and Scott Symons, we will explore the shared obsession with quality ingredients, adventurous flavors, and the "hype" that comes when artisans push the boundaries of their craft.
