Improv Night with Colin Mochrie & Friends
Colin Mochrie returns to the Arts Club for two unforgettable nights of improv at the Stanley Industrial Alliance Stage, August 8–9, 2025.
The legendary Canadian improviser previously appeared on our stages in the mid-1980s productions of She Stoops to Conquer and Taking Steps. Since then, he has become a household name as a core cast member of both the UK and US versions of Whose Line Is It Anyway?, including the successful CW reboot. A veteran of Toronto’s famed Second City, Colin’s wide-ranging career includes a stint on This Hour Has 22 Minutes, co-creating the CBC comedy Getting Along Famously with his wife Debra McGrath, and touring North America in a hit live improv show with Brad Sherwood.
His diverse body of work spans television, film, and theatre—including a turn as the Fool in King Lear—as well as publishing, with his book Not Quite the Classics. He is also the co-creator of HYPROV: Improv Under Hypnosis, currently touring and in residency in Las Vegas.
Don’t miss this rare opportunity to see one of Canada’s most beloved comedy icons live on stage.
