Monthly Giving Terms & Conditions

By signing up for a monthly gift, I confirm that:

• I would like to register for the Arts Club’s ongoing monthly giving program, which will continue until I affirmatively opt out of the program.
• The Arts Club will charge my credit card monthly as a recurring transaction at the amount agreed upon at the initiation of the gift.
• The Arts Club will send me a reminder 30–60 days prior to the annual renewal, at the email or mailing address provided on my account, and I may opt out of the program at that time.
• I may cancel my participation in the ongoing monthly giving program at any time by notifying the Arts Club by phone at 604.687.5315, ext. 847; by email at donations@artsclub.com.; in person; or by mail to Arts Club Theatre Company, ATTN: Development Department, 203-162 West 1st Ave, Vancouver, BC V5Y 0H6
