Step beyond your ticket purchase. Join our newest membership program, Ensemble. This group is for young professionals, ages 45 and younger, who have a passion for theatre and giving back to the community. We get together to enjoy Arts Club performances, learn about the behind-the-scenes aspects of the theatre, socialize, and network, all while providing philanthropic support to the largest not-for-profit theatre company in Western Canada. We are the next generation of theatregoers.

This membership gives back. Ensemble memberships are $300 annually or $25/month and include a charitable donation to the Arts Club. Your support helps the Arts Club deliver a diverse program of shows, performed by artists of the highest calibre, at our three venues. And you play an integral role in commissioning new works, developing tomorrow’s talent through our education programs, and inspiring a passion for theatre.

“I joined Ensemble because I love the magic of live theatre and wanted to connect with others who share the same passion, while also supporting the Arts Club. My love of theatre was sparked by two of my best friends after they convinced me to audition for the school production of A Chorus Line. Since then, musicals have held a special place in my heart. As the Chair of the Ensemble Committee, I contribute to advancing the diversity of theatregoers and growing the next generation of Arts Club patrons. Being an Ensemble member allows us to connect with a community of young theatregoers, while learning about and enjoying the product of the artistic process of theatre. Plus, we enjoy a number of donor benefits—my personal favourites being the socials and backstage tours!”

“For me, Ensemble was a tangible way to support the arts in Vancouver. I was looking to connect with other young professionals who share some of the same interests and values, and I saw this as a great way to connect with the local community and become even more invested in the fantastic productions the Arts Club mounts. I am thrilled to be able to gather in person with everyone again, and look forward to attending shows and events! The perks of the membership are great, and I love knowing that my contribution to the Arts Club makes a tangible impact—something I’m able to see through my attendance.”

“Ensemble offers something for everyone, from the curious to the enthusiast. I sought out Ensemble as a way to become more deeply involved in the local arts community. I’d always found joy and calm in watching plays, and I wanted to be around others with similar sentiments. I’d recommend participating in Ensemble if you have the slightest interest in the world of theatre. As the dust settles, more and more people will look for entertainment outside of their homes and I foresee a growing interest in theatre. I’m so excited to be part of a community that is surely growing!”
