Need a bar space for your next event? The Backstage Lounge, with stunning panoramic views over the waters of False Creek, is perfectly suited for both private and open gatherings!

The Backstage Lounge is situated on the famous Granville Island. This large sandbar and former industrial site are now a thriving, artsy neighbourhood filled with quaint shops, eateries, breweries, and year-round arts and cultural festivals. Located in False Creek, it's famous for the Granville Island Public Market, where you can get fresh produce, gourmet food, and artisanal handicrafts. Visit during summer when the island is exceptionally bustling with outdoor entertainment acts, during the holidays for twinkling festive lights, or anytime the mood strikes you.

Granville Island is accessible via car and public transport. A scenic ferry ride and walking/bike tours of the waterfront are also popular options.

The Backstage Lounge includes a small stage of approx. 190 sqft that is suitable for readings, band performances, small theatrical productions, and more.

Please note that the Backstage Lounge does not have built-in AV equipment. For any performances, third-party equipment should be brought in. Rentals from the Arts Club, pending availability of equipment and staff, are also possible.
