At the Arts Club Theatre Company we understand that your personal information and privacy is important to you. We make every effort to endure that the information you share with us is recorded accurately, retained securely, and used only according to your wishes as you have communicated them to us.

The Arts Club Theatre Company does not sell, rent or trade its lists.

The Arts Club Theatre Company collects personal information (such as address or ticket or donation history) only from ticket-buyers, donors and others who have actively shown or are likely to show an interest in the Company. We sometimes have more detailed information from patrons who have been dedicated and long-term supporters of the Arts Club Theatre Company, for example seating preference, the names of members of their family, business addresses and special interests. This information is collected by a variety of methods – phone, fax, mail, on-line or in person.

Sponsorship plays an important role in funding our productions and helps us to keep our costs down. Our sponsors may sometimes ask us to share special promotions with our patrons or canvass them for research concerning the effectiveness of their Arts Club Theatre Company sponsorship.

The Arts Club Theatre Company is committed to using personal information in a respectful and useful way. Guests and supporters will receive information that we believe will be of interest. The Arts Club is also committed to making sure guests and supporters do not receive more than a reasonable number of letters or phone calls.

Personal information is stored in our database on a secure server and in hard copy files. Only authorized Arts Club Theatre Company personnel have access to this information. Depending on the sensitivity of the information the Arts Club Theatre Company uses appropriate security measures to protect the information. Website Security

The Arts Club Theatre's web site is housed on a secure servers to ensure that every transaction you make on our web site will be secure.
